Day 1
Upon arrival in Bari, you will be welcomed by our driver and transferred to your hotel. If time allows, we will suggest optional excursions, or you may simply enjoy some free time for shopping along Via Sparano.
If you are a group of up to 3 people, we recommend booking our Fiat 500 tour experience.
Day 2
After breakfast, meet your guide and begin discovering Bari Vecchia, an authentic immersion into the city’s most iconic landmarks, combined with food stops to taste local specialties such as panzerotti, focaccia, Peroni beer, popizze, taralli, and much more.
In the afternoon, transfer to Trani, famous for its scenic seafront, Romanesque Cathedral, and Swabian Castle. Return to the hotel.
Day 3
After breakfast, transfer to Alberobello to explore its world-famous trulli, walking through the districts of Rione Aia Piccola and Rione Monti.
We recommend booking our “miniature trullo building” experience.
For lunch, continue to a traditional Apulian masseria for a cooking class with tasting of the region’s finest products.
In the afternoon, head to Polignano a Mare and end the day with a boat tour along the coast, visiting sea caves, the Red Bull cliff diving balcony, Contrada Monachile, and other highlights, all while enjoying an aperitivo on board.
Return to the hotel.
Day 4
After breakfast, transfer to Ostuni, the famous “White City”. Free time for lunch.
In the afternoon, continue to Martina Franca, a charming town known for its baroque architecture, historic churches, museums, and elegant palaces, as well as its rich food and wine traditions such as bombette, orecchiette, cured meats, and local wine. Return to the hotel.
Day 5
After breakfast, enjoy some free time before your transfer to the airport or train station.
