TASTE & EXPLORE 7 HRS – MIN 2 PAX Get to drive through vineyards and olive trees orchards to reach a typical local farmhouse. You can enjoy an in depth explanation of the production processes:

• Fodder crops for dairy cattle;
• Traditional animal breeding still based on old local practices;
• Dairy producing: raw milk processing to manufacture dairy products, like the world famous mozzarella.
