This guided walking tour of approximately two hours will take you through the city’s most iconic landmarks: Piazza Duomo with its stunning Cathedral, the Church of Sant’Irene, Piazza Sant’Oronzo with the remains of the Roman Amphitheatre, the Basilica of Santa Croce with the Palazzo dei Celestini and the elegant façade of Palazzo Marrese, as well as the accessible area of the Castello Carlo V.
During the experience, there will also be a stop at one of the traditional papier-mâché workshops, an authentic expression of Salento’s artisanal heritage.
