A journey back to the most essential elements: earth and water. In this workshop, participants rediscover the ancient art of modeling raw clay. Beneath the shade of the trees, working with the earth becomes a rich sensory experience that encourages concentration and celebrates the centuries-old craftsmanship deeply rooted in our local heritage.

At the end of the activity, relax and enjoy a picnic featuring the authentic flavors of our land through a selection of our finest local products: fragrant focaccia freshly baked in our oven, mozzarella made just moments before, and our renowned capocollo. All sourced locally with a true farm-to-table approach.
