Castellana Caves and Dairy Farm Visit

Pick-up & drop-off available at a location of your choice. After admiring the vineyards and endless olive groves along the way, we will stop at a traditional local farm where you will discover the authentic flavors and traditions of Puglia through three main activities:

• Cultivation: the forage grown on the farm is the essential ingredient in the cows’ natural diet.
• Farming: the cattle graze freely outdoors, surrounded by the green landscapes of the Apulian Murgia.
• Production: milk processing and the handmade production of traditional dairy products, including the region’s famous mozzarella cheese.

You will have the opportunity to visit the entire facility, learn about the production process, and enjoy a rich tasting of local specialties. The tour will then continue to the spectacular Castellana Caves, one of Italy’s most famous cave systems, where you can admire extraordinary underground caverns and unique natural formations.
